Payment Policy:
i. 50% after booking Confirmation.
ii. 50% Before 1-week period of guest arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Once booking is CONFIRMED cancellation charges will be applicable as below:
i. Cancellation made before 15 days of Guest Arrival – 90% of the amount will be refunded.
ii. Cancellation made before 7 days & within 15 Days of Guest Arrival - 75% of the total amount will be refunded.
iii. Cancellation made before 72 hours & within 7 days of Guest Arrival - 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
iv.Cancellation made within 72 hours of Arrival of the Guest will be treated as no show & No Refund will be given.

Details of number of times the guests have visited Bhutan
It is advisable that the above is sent to us at the time of booking confirmation.

ØThe Cost is Rs34,599/- Per Person only if there is minimum 04 Adults travelling together & this rate is Valid for Indian Nationality only.

ØVehicle is on point to point basis, as per the Itinerary, and not on disposal basis. (Vehicle will not be used beyond Itinerary i.e. for shopping, meals or any person uses which is not mentioned in the Itinerary).
